We focus on the products which are imported exclusively from the regions of the Pacific coast of Russia - from Kamchatka to Primorye, whether it rich diversity gifts of taiga, fish and seafood or vegetables grown on beds of local farms. Therefore, in many ways, our menu is seasonal – with an emphasis on the flavor retention of the dishes' ingredients, we use only fresh products.
However, Pan-Asian cooking techniques are not alien to us, and above all, wok cooking, as the way to retain useful properties of the products and natural taste.
The authenticity of Port Сafe’ cuisine allows it to be a real gastronomic landmark of Vladivostok, and for the restaurant - to be obligatory place to invite the guests of our city.
